- Picar en plumillas 3/4 de la cebolla y el otro chipotle picado muy finito, y vamos agregando a un sartén a fuego medio con muy poco aceite.
- Cambiando de color la cebolla incorporar el pollo, el chipotle picado y un tetra pack de puré de tomate (250 gms aprox).
- Comenzamos a mezclar y vamos agregando lo de la licuadora revolviendo muy bien todo, y dejar a fuego medio unos 20 minutos más sin dejar de mover y sin tapar.
