- Agregar la calabaza saltear 2 minutos. Mientras tanto en un procesador/licuadora triturar la coliflor (por tandas y ayudando reduciendo el tamaño con el cuchillo). Añadir a la cacerola y colocar la tapa. Cocinar durante 6-8 minutos.
- En un recipiente batir el huevo con una pizca de sal y añadir mezclando. Tapar y cocinar por otros 2 minutos.
- Agregar 2 cdas de salsa soya (voy añadiendo poquita sal en el proceso para que no quede salado). Tapar, retirar del fuego y reposar unos minutos.
